Washington State Capital

Mt Rainier from the Edmonds-Kingston Ferry
We traveled to Stanwood, WA, this fine January Saturday. It was getting on in the day, so we took the opportunity to avoid Saturday Seattle traffic on I-5 by taking the Edmonds-Kingston Ferry back to our side of the water. It’s been a long time since I had been on a a boat on Puget Sound.
It was the first time for our Grandson to travel by Ferry Boat. Being only three years old, he wasn’t sure of the whole adventure, but he sure didn’t want to get off the boat once trip was over.

HO on the rails
A little after Christmas but trains are forever. A little clean up of the wheels and they run again. Thanks Trudy.

Christmas Eve Dinner 2009
It was a quiet Christmas Eve dinner and the food was excellent. The Centerpiece was unconventional, but no reason to be conventional. Merry Christmas Everyone.
